The pool was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy drinks. Check-in felt rushed, and the room was outdated. Free bike rental was a nice bonus but the bikes need better maintenance. Happy hour cocktails were tasty, but the service could use improvement.

The staff at the reception desk was incredible. the food was excellent. - the room was exceptionally clean with a comfy mattress. - the bed was comfortable. - the hotel is centrally located, making it a nice comfy base for exploring Palm Springs.

Many things to mention - everything was fairly clean, outstanding food, perfect views. The room was neat, cheap. The location of this hotel was particularly good. They recommended a nice restaurant with wonderful food and cocktails. I had a really great stay.

The hotel was an excellent home base for enjoying a quite comfortable area, adjacent to the `` maze '' of getting through the property, the common areas and multiple banks, eateries and grocery stories. The staff was efficient, excellent, and responded promptly to requests. The food was brilliant with a wide array of alternatives.

Very nice, helpful staff. Nicely appointed rooms that were very clean.

The only thing I didn't like were the pillows. They were too high for a side sleeper like me.

The most horrible pillows I have ever slept on. They have tags on them that say "firm", "soft" etc., but in reality all pillows were the same - too thick, hard and extremely uncomfortable. Also, even though our room was clean, the prison-like corridor leading to our room was filthy.

It was a relaxing base for sightseeing in Palm Springs. We had much fun during our stay. - the staff at the reception desk were very nice. - the hotel's central location was just what we needed. - It was convenient being close to the restaurant and bar. - the hotel's proximity to the parade was a bonus.

Great hotel for your money. The rooms were clean and the staff was plesent. Extended hours for the poolside bar perhaps? :-)

all in all everything was fabulous, had a good stay during an otherwise stressful coachella weekend. the hotel met what was needed, i will definitely visit place next time.

The fact that we were locked out of our room for over 30 minutes because our key given to us was not working...had to stand outside room until Chef came to open the door for us with regular keyes....need to fix thoe door electronic knobs
